  • Comprehensive ENT Consultations

This appointment is used to evaluate and diagnose a wide range of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) problems. The doctor reviews your medical history, listens to your concerns, and performs a thorough physical exam, which may include looking inside the ears, nose, and throat with special instruments. Additional tests, such as hearing or allergy evaluations, may be recommended if needed. The goal is to identify the cause of symptoms and create a personalized treatment plan to improve your health and comfort.

Price: $400 (goes towards the cost of any procedures)

  • Established Patient ENT Follow-Ups

This appointment is used to review your progress after an initial evaluation or treatment for an ear, nose, or throat condition. The doctor checks how well your symptoms are improving, examines the affected areas, and may adjust your treatment plan if needed. It provides a chance to address any new concerns or questions. The goal is to ensure your recovery is on track and to optimize your ongoing care.

    Price: $250

  • Skin, Oral, or Nasal Biopsy

This procedure is used to collect a small tissue sample for diagnosis. The area is numbed with local anesthesia, and a tiny instrument is used to remove a small piece of tissue from the skin or mucosa. The sample is then sent to a lab for testing. The procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort, and the site usually heals within a few days.

    Price: $250

  • Earlobe Repair

A quick fix for a torn or stretched earlobe, completed in a short, simple procedure done with local anesthesia. The damaged edges of the earlobe are trimmed and carefully stitched back together to restore a natural shape. The stitches are usually taken out after about a week, and the ear can be re-pierced once it’s fully healed, usually in 6–8 weeks.

    Price:
    1 earlobe- $600
    2 earlobes- $1,000

  • Earlobe Reduction

This procedure makes large or droopy earlobes caused by heavy gauges or earrings smaller and more balanced. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. The surgeon removes a small piece of skin and reshapes the earlobe with fine stitches to create a natural look. Stitches are taken out after about a week, and healing usually takes a few weeks.

    Price:
    1 earlobe- $800
    2 earlobes: $1,400

  • Ear Hematoma Drainage

This procedure is used to drain a collection of blood (hematoma) that has formed between the ear’s skin and cartilage, often caused by trauma. The surgeon makes a small incision to remove the blood and relieve pressure, then may place a small drain or apply a pressure dressing to prevent the hematoma from returning. The procedure is usually done under local anesthesia. Mild soreness and swelling are common during healing, which typically takes one to two weeks. The goal is to prevent permanent ear deformity and promote proper healing of the ear’s shape.

  • Skin Tag Removal

This procedure removes small, benign growths on the face, neck, or other areas. After numbing the skin, the tags are carefully removed using fine scissors or a cautery tool. The procedure is quick and usually leaves little to no scarring. Healing occurs over a few days, with minimal discomfort or downtime.

    Price: $300

  • Mole Removal

This procedure takes out a mole from the face or neck, usually for cosmetic reasons or if there’s concern about changes. After numbing the area with local anesthesia, the mole is carefully removed using a small surgical tool. The wound is then closed with stitches if needed. The procedure is quick, and healing usually takes a week or two, with minimal scarring. The exact technique and price varies by the size, depth, and complexity of the mole.

    Price: $600-1,200

  • Cyst Removal

This procedure removes a cyst—a small, fluid-filled lump—on the face or neck. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. After an incision is made, the entire cyst sac is carefully removed to prevent recurrence, and the wound is closed with stitches. The size of the cyst and any previous infections can affect the complexity of the surgery and price. Healing usually takes one to two weeks, with follow-up to monitor recovery.

    Price: $1,000-1,500

  • Lipoma Removal

This procedure removes a lipoma, which is a soft, fatty lump under the skin. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. After an incision is made, the lipoma is carefully removed, and the area is closed with stitches. The size and location of the lipoma can affect how the surgery is done and the price. Healing usually takes one to two weeks, with follow-up to ensure proper recovery.

    Price: $1,300-2,000

  • Laceration Repair

A laceration repair treats cuts or tears on the face, neck, or ear. After cleaning and numbing the area, the wound edges are carefully aligned and closed with fine stitches to promote proper healing and minimize scarring. The exact technique and price depends on the size, depth, and complexity of the injury. Stitches are usually removed within 5–7 days, and follow-up care ensures good healing and appearance.

    Price: $1,000-3,000

  • Scar Revision

This minor surgery is used to improve the appearance of a scar or make it less noticeable. The old scar tissue is repositioned or removed using precise techniques to align the skin more naturally. Sometimes, a laser treatment, dermabrasion, or injections are used to smooth or blend the scar with surrounding skin. The goal is to create a more even, discreet result that heals well with the surrounding facial features.

    Price: $1,200-3,000

  • Scar Dermabrasion

A quick fix to improve the appearance of scars on the skin! The procedure involves gently sanding or smoothing the top layers of the skin to reduce roughness, discoloration, and uneven texture. It’s usually done under local anesthesia and may require multiple sessions depending on the scar. Healing takes several days to weeks, with gradual improvement in the scar’s look over time.

    Price: $500

  • Intralesional Kenalog for Scars

This in-office procedure is used to soften and flatten raised or thickened scars. A small amount of Kenalog, a corticosteroid medication, is injected directly into the scar to reduce inflammation and slow excess collagen production. Over time, the scar becomes smoother, less raised, and closer in texture and color to the surrounding skin. Multiple treatments may be needed for the best result.

    Price: $150

  • Control of Nose Bleeding

A nasal cautery stops frequent or active nosebleeds. After numbing the inside of the nose, a chemical or heat source is applied to seal the small bleeding blood vessel. This helps prevent future bleeding and promotes healing. The procedure is quick and usually well tolerated. A follow-up visit is done about two weeks later to check healing and ensure the bleeding has resolved.

    Price: $500

  • Closed treatment of nasal fractures

This procedure is used to realign broken nasal bones after a fracture. Under anesthesia in the operating room, the surgeon carefully repositions the bones and cartilage into their proper alignment without making external incisions. Splints or dressings are applied to support the nose and protect it during healing. Swelling and bruising around the eyes and nose are common for about one to two weeks, and most patients can return to normal activities within that time. The goal is to restore both the appearance and function of the nose while maintaining normal breathing.

    Price: $1,200

  • Nasal Endoscopy

This procedure is used to examine the inside of the nose and sinus passages in detail. A thin, flexible tube with a light and camera (endoscope) is gently inserted through the nostrils to provide a clear view of the nasal structures. It helps diagnose issues like inflammation, polyps, or blockages. The procedure is usually quick and done in the office with little to no discomfort. The goal is to accurately identify problems to guide effective treatment.

    Price: $200

  • Nasal Valve Repair

A nasal valve repair is used to improve breathing by correcting narrowing or collapse of the nasal valve—the narrowest part of the nasal airway. The procedure is usually done under local or general anesthesia in an outpatient operating room. The nasal tissues are strengthened or repositioned to open the airway and restore normal airflow. Recovery typically takes a few weeks, with noticeable improvement in nasal breathing as healing progresses.

  • Septoplasty

This procedure is used to straighten a deviated nasal septum. Under anesthesia, the surgeon repositions or removes the parts of the septum that are causing blockage, improving airflow through the nose. The lining of the nose is carefully preserved, and the septum is stabilized with internal splints or soft packing if needed. Mild congestion and swelling are common for about a week, and most patients return to normal activities within one to two weeks. The goal is to improve breathing and relieve nasal obstruction while maintaining the natural shape of the nose.

  • Turbinate Reduction

This procedure is used to reduce the size of the turbinates—structures inside the nose that help filter and humidify the air—to improve breathing. Under anesthesia, the surgeon carefully removes or shrinks excess tissue while preserving the natural lining of the nose. This can be done using techniques such as cautery or partial tissue removal. Mild congestion or stuffiness is common for a few days after surgery, and most patients return to normal activities within a week. The goal is to improve airflow and relieve chronic nasal obstruction while maintaining normal nasal function.

This procedure is used to open and clear sinus passages to improve drainage and relieve chronic sinus infections or inflammation. Using an endoscope and specialized instruments inserted through the nostrils, the surgeon removes obstructive tissue, polyps, or thickened mucosa while preserving healthy structures. The surgery is performed under anesthesia with no external incisions. Nasal congestion, mild bleeding, and pressure are common for about one to two weeks, and most patients return to normal activities within that time.

  • Tonsillectomy (Adult)

This procedure is used to remove the tonsils, which are lymphoid tissues located at the back of the throat, to treat recurrent infections or breathing problems caused by enlarged tonsils. Under anesthesia, the surgeon carefully removes the tonsils through the mouth with no external incisions. Mild throat pain, ear discomfort, and difficulty swallowing are common during recovery, which typically lasts about 10 to 14 days. Most patients return to normal activities after two weeks. The goal is to reduce infections, improve breathing, and relieve related throat symptoms.

  • Laryngoscopy

This procedure is used to examine the voice box (larynx) and surrounding areas to diagnose problems like voice changes, throat pain, or swallowing difficulties. A thin, flexible tube with a light and camera (laryngoscope) is gently passed through the nose or mouth to provide a clear view of the vocal cords and airway. It is usually done in the office with minimal discomfort. The goal is to identify any abnormalities to guide appropriate treatment.
